From a restaurante de carnes: Vaca Nostra The restaurant’s decor is very upscale, minimalist, and spacious, with a great ambiance, located right inside Madrid’s Torres Kio. 🫕The first thing served was an aperitivo crema de verduras, a complimentary appetizer. 🐙For entrante, we ordered pulpo de Lonja de Rías Gallegas. It tasted good, but the portion was a bit small.🤏 🥩And now, the star of the show: the steak! We chose Vaca Fleckvieh Simmental (+5 años) from Germany, requesting término medio. I think tres cuartos might have been a better choice. The texture was great, but it was a lot of food because the minimum order is 1 kilo. Of course, we also had guarnición patatas fritas and pimientos padrón. 🍨For dessert, we had a rather strange helado artesano. It was a mix of berry and vanilla flavors. I’m not sure why, but the fruit flavor had a strange texture and small particles. This was my second time at this restaurant. Their service is top-notch👍🏼.
