Madrid Food | The Best Meal in Spain!

This is the one my family and I unanimously agreed was the best! Not to exaggerate, but the tapas I had afterwards in Spain couldn't compare to this place. I really regret not going back for more meals! Such a delicious place must be known to everyone! None of the dishes we ordered were disappointing! ❣️ Must-Try Recommendations 🥗 Pineapple Salad I'm not exaggerating, I had the salad of my life! Slices of pineapple wrapped around lettuce, cherry tomatoes, oranges, and Mozzarella cheese, dressed with just the right vinaigrette, perfectly blended without any one ingredient overpowering the others. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, the fruits sweet and sour, and the combination was very appropriate, refreshing and guilt-free! Honestly, the fruits in Spain are really delicious! 🐚 Grilled Scallops This was my second favorite! As a seafood lover, I've tasted all kinds of seafood dishes. Although my dad pursues the original flavor of seafood, these grilled scallops were truly astonishing! They retained the fresh and sweet taste of the scallops, and with a squeeze of lemon juice, I couldn't stop eating them one after another, with no fishy taste at all! 🐙 Grilled Octopus Legs This was my aunt's favorite. Although almost every restaurant in Spain has this dish, they were all just so-so after tasting. How did they manage to be so tender and fragrant? The char-grilled octopus legs paired with mashed potatoes had a rich and layered texture. The only thing was that I found it a bit salty, but you can tell them to use less salt when ordering. 🍖 Iberian Ham with Grilled Asparagus The happiest thing in Spain is the freedom to enjoy ham! They love grilled asparagus. The ham wrapped around the asparagus balanced the saltiness perfectly. Although this dish wasn't as astonishing as the first three, it was definitely delicious!
