Mala Hotpot near Ktown | Divine Spicy Feast 🔥

Had an amazing surprise at Mala Hotpot, just steps from Ktown! Every dish was impressive. We chose the dual broth pot 🍲: mildly spicy beef oil + pork bone soup. The spicy broth was aromatic and rich, not greasy, perfect for meats. The pork broth was clean and milky, great for veggies and tofu—balanced the heat nicely. The fresh duck blood was a highlight—deep red, cooked in seconds, tender and juicy, soaking up the spicy broth like a dream. Hand-cut beef was evenly sliced, fresh and tender with a slight sweetness. Cooked in 5 seconds in the spicy broth. Bubble tofu is always a joy—absorbs the soup, plumps up, and bursts with flavor in your mouth 😌. Fried golden eggs had a crispy skin outside and soft yolk inside. Soaked in broth, they became rich and flavorful. Choice ribeye was lean but tender, with a clean beef taste—great for those who prefer less fat. Angus beef tongue 👅 was thinly sliced, crisp and springy, fragrant after a quick boil. Black tripe was clean and fresh—just a quick dip made it perfectly crispy, no odd taste. Hand-cut lamb leg was fresh, firm, and fragrant, not gamey—paired wonderfully with the spicy pot. Crown daisy greens 🥬 were fresh and aromatic, adding a refreshing finish to the meal. Overall, a super satisfying meal—fresh ingredients, generous portions, reasonably priced for NYC. Perfect for cold days, after work, or a solo treat! 📍 35 W 36th St., New York, NY 10018 Like this? 👍 Follow for more NYC eats! #NYCFood #NYCEats #NYCLife #Hotpot 🍲🌶️🥩😋👌🏼✨
