A 3-day/2-night immersive experience The 1-day tour covered: 🌊 Meeting of the Waters 🐬 Swimming with pink river dolphins 🎣 Feeding giant arapaima fish 🌿 Seeing giant water lilies 🏹 Visiting an indigenous village 🌊 Meeting of the Waters Witness the stunning natural phenomenon where the dark Rio Negro (22°C) meets the sandy Solimões River (28°C) without mixing! You can literally feel the temperature change by dipping your hands in! 🐬 Pink River Dolphin Encounter Our lodge area had 6-7 wild dolphins! Free swimming allowed (but no feeding - their teeth are sharp!) Saw dolphins during my 3-day tour too, but none this close! 🎣 Feeding Giant Arapaima At a special lodge with enclosed fish area 10 BRL for 3 small fish - these giants pull HARD! 🌿 Giant Water Lilies + Wildlife Spotting Walked through wooden jungle paths to see the famous lilies Spotted monkeys and giant leaping lizards along the way! 🏹 Indigenous Village Visit Saw colorful macaws and (controversially) sloths/caimans brought out for photos Guide discouraged animal interactions (but I couldn't resist the sloth - guilty!)
