Tonight, we made it back to Manaus, Brazil 🇧🇷 after our jungle adventure! Though sad to leave the rainforest behind, we couldn’t wait to try the local specialty our friends raved about—Tambaqui! 🐟✨ This Amazonian river fish was topped with crushed nuts for an extra crunch, and wow, it did not disappoint. Before the main course, they served a savory fish soup 🍲—absolutely perfect for my taste buds! Camila and I also treated ourselves to two cocktails 🍹… and, uh, one came with a local ant perched on a lemon slice as garnish! 🐜😂 Talk about authentic Amazon vibes! For dessert, we tried cupuaçu—a super unique local fruit that tastes like a mix of chocolate, pineapple, and banana 🍫🍍🍌. Sweet, tangy, and rich—so delicious!
