Manchester's Best French Creative Cuisine | Panoramic Restaurant

From the dishes alone, I'd give it an 8/10, but considering the ambiance and service, it's a solid 10! Make sure to visit on a sunny day! With daylight saving time, the nights are longer and you can catch the sunset. The menu changes frequently, based on seasonal ingredients and the chef's mood. The location is easy to find—look for the big ball at the entrance. Just ring the bell and go right up. I love that big ball; it looks so much like the lampshades from Hay! 🌟 👍 **Must-Try Dishes:** - **Hash browns & taramasalata**: The only item that’s never changed on the menu. Not greasy at all! The taramasalata is also not cloying! - **Mussels, lovage and cider**: Super fresh! The cider really takes away the fishy taste. Learned something new! 🦪 - **Norfolk chicken and spring vegetables**: Hard to describe the taste, but the ingredients are super fresh and the vegetables are amazing! 🍗 - **Apple and sorrel sorbet**: Very tangy and delicious, perfect for cutting through the richness of the meal! 🍧 👎 **Not Recommended:** - **Comté gougères** - **Pork and pistachio terrine**: Really not tasty. The food arrives super quickly! If you want to take photos on the terrace, just let the staff know—they’re all super friendly and the service is top-notch! 👏 #Manchester #UKLife #ManchesterEats #UK #HiddenGems #UKRestaurants #fyp #ManchesterLiving
