Massimo Bottura's magical cuisine
I never expected to enjoy Massimo Bottura's Tortellini in Parmigiano cream at Gucci Osteria in Florence—also known as the Modena specialty "Sunday Little Ravioli." I've always wanted to return to Modena, as my last visit was too rushed to even consider booking a table at Massimo's legendary three-Michelin-starred restaurant. Apart from the tortellini, both the savory and sweet dishes were delightful. I wasn't full midway through, so I added a piece of cod that was exceptionally well-cooked with a touch of Mexican flavors. The nutty base was a brilliant touch and very satisfying.
