Mestia hiking

The summer solstice around Mestia, Georgia, is perhaps the best time for hiking in the Caucasus Mountains of Georgia. I bought a last-minute plane ticket and happened to arrive during this season. Hiking routes in the Caucasus during this season are certainly among the top 10 hiking routes in the world. The hills are covered with blooming flowers🌼, extending from beneath the snow-capped mountains🏔️, creating an indescribable grandeur. Unable to secure a weekend train ticket from Tbilisi to Mestia, I spent two days in Kazbegi, where I hiked several short trails before finally reaching Mestia. Friends planning to hike should definitely purchase their tickets online or at the train station in advance.
