Miร n - A Taste of Noodles in Honolulu, Hawaii ๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿœ

Our first meal in Honolulu was all about Chinese food! Coming from the Big Island, we felt like we hadnโ€™t eaten in days ๐Ÿ˜‚. Finally, a chance to load up on carbs! The four of us went all out โ€” ordering like we hadnโ€™t seen food in weeks. Everything looked irresistible, and by the end, we were happily stuffed! ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿฅข Appetizers & Small Bites ๐ŸŽƒ Snowflake Pumpkin Pancake ($5.99) Four small pumpkin cakes โ€” tasty but standard. A decent choice, but you wonโ€™t miss out if you skip it. ๐Ÿฅš Minced Pork Steamed Egg ($4.50) Savory minced pork over smooth steamed egg โ€” so fragrant and satisfying! ๐Ÿ˜‹ Forgot to take a pic, but it came in a classic stainless steel cup. Highly recommend! ๐ŸฅŸ Zhong Dumplings ($13.99) Sweet-leaning sauce with pork filling โ€” not too spicy, more of a sweet & mild heat. Still delicious! ๐Ÿฅ Xiao Long Bao (Price N/A) Solid soup dumplings with thin, delicate wrappers. A great choice if you prefer these over broth-heavy dumplings. ๐ŸŒถ Mountain Pepper Wood Ear Salad ($5.99) That mountain pepper brings the heat! Spicy, authentic, and super refreshing. ๐ŸŸ Lang Ya Potato Strips ($4.99) Not quite the Sichuan or Chongqing style โ€” tasted more like classic American fries, a bit dry and sprinkled with chili powder. ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Okay, but not the real deal. ๐Ÿœ Entrรฉes โ€” Noodles & Rice ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Special Spicy & Sour Noodles ($11.99) Exactly the tangy and spicy kick I wanted! ๐Ÿ™Œ No meat or veggies by default, so I added pork intestine and greens. A must for spice lovers! ๐Ÿœ Chongqing Pea Noodles ($13.99) My friend couldnโ€™t stop praising this one โ€” so authentic-looking and delicious that we kept eating even when full! ๐Ÿš Braised Pork Rice ($13.99) My friend cleaned the bowl โ€” clearly a win! The pork chunks were generously sized. ๐Ÿ— Golden Soup Chicken Noodles ($13.99) A mild, nourishing option for those who canโ€™t handle spice. Looks healthy and comforting ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿฅ› Creamy Wonton Soup ($12.99) Another mild dish with a noticeable pepper flavor โ€” great for non-spice eaters. ๐Ÿฎ Vibe & Vibe Check Very Chinese-style interior, and most diners were Chinese. Since Honolulu feels more Japanese and Korean, eating here honestly felt like being back in China โ€” in the best way! ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณโค๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ต Price per person: ~$25 (we ordered a lot, so our bill was higher) ๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ Parking: Valet parking downstairs ๐Ÿ“ Address: 808 Sheridan St, Unit 105, 1st Floor, Honolulu, HI 96814 #Hawaii #Honolulu #HawaiiFood #ChineseFood #SichuanCuisine #NoodlesInHawaii
