Miami's Daily Queue for the Little Boat Convey Sushi

Katana's conveyor sushi is truly delicious and fun. The only downside is that it's walk-in only, and there's often a long line, but the taste is really great! They present their conveyor sushi with little boats and flowing water, and the plates in different colors have different prices. You can also order dishes that are not on the boats from the menu. 🍣 Sushi ▪️ Salmon Sushi: This is a must-order, with a rich, fragrant oil! As someone who couldn't swallow raw fish, I first tasted the deliciousness of salmon here, and now I eat several pieces every time I go! You can also ask the sushi chef to make it fresh, and the warm rice is even better! ▪️ Sea Urchin Sushi: Just order it, it's delicious! The quantity is limited daily, and you might not find it if you go late. ▪️ Eel Sushi: The two below are eel sushi. I personally prefer the one in the bottom left corner, which has cucumber in the roll, making it more refreshing. The one in the bottom right corner is also very tasty, but that one needs to be ordered separately. ▪️ Squid Sashimi: I was amazed when I first tried it! The texture is glutinous, and the taste is sweet and fresh. It's even fresher with soy sauce! I forgot to take a photo, so I found one online. It looks like it's cut into thin strips. #Miami #Food #JapaneseCuisine #MiamiFood #Sashimi #Sushi #SeaUrchin #Eel
