La Vasca Deli After trying all the hyped-up Miami restaurants recommended online this week, we stumbled upon this unassuming little bistro on Google Maps—right next to the famous Versailles! 🗺️ From the outside, it looks so plain you might mistake it for a convenience store 😂, but surprise surprise—it ended up being our BEST meal in Miami! 😭🍷 Shockingly underrated with zero online buzz—what a shame!! Beef Ribs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Meat lovers, RUN here!! 🏃‍♂️💨 They offer everything from oxtail to beef cheeks, but the server recommended the beef ribs—fall-off-the-bone tender, melt-in-your-mouth perfection 😍👌. Bonus entertainment: A Spanish couple at the next table ordered a MASSIVE lamb shank (?) the size of three fists! 🍖🤯 Clams in Green Sauce ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also delicious! 🐚 The clams were super fresh, and the garlicky green sauce balanced their natural sweetness perfectly. Only downside: A bit too oily 💦. Pro tip: Dab with napkins before eating—or skip if you're oil-averse! Blood Sausage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Same oil note, but the texture?
