✨ Miami Beach 【Affordable】 Marriott Resort Party Hotel ✨

🏨 The Goodtime Hotel, Tribute Portfolio Hotel 🏖️ Miami South Beach ✏️ This hotel... let's just say it's okay. I'd give it 3.5⭐️ 💸 Price: For the South Beach location, the price is pretty good, averaging under $200 per night (including taxes and resort fees). 🎀 Design Style: Super photogenic 📸, full Instagram vibe ~ pastel colors + vibrant pool area, influencer aesthetic maximized! 📍 Location: Not directly on the beach, but just a few minutes' walk away. The resort fee includes exclusive lounge chairs on the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Don't feel like walking? There's a free bus that tours the whole island, going to places like Alton Road. 🏠 Room: A bit small and quite basic, which is one reason for the three-star rating. Limited space, inconvenient storage, and you can hear noise from the hallway. Cleaning service is okay, but details are slightly overlooked. The mini fridge is practical but really loud ⚡️, and there aren't many power outlets, though the WiFi is decent. The room includes Evian water—two bottles per stay, included in the resort fee. 🏊‍♀️ Pool Area: Looks great but crowded 👯‍♀️, finding a spot is tough, though there's a dedicated Marriott member section. Especially noisy on weekends 🥳, much quieter on weekdays. There's a study room in the hotel, but why they blast loud music on loop 🎧 is beyond me. 🛎️ Service: Most staff are friendly, but there's a bit of disorganization. Early check-in was denied (even though there seemed to be plenty of empty rooms 🙃). However, my Titanium status got me an upgrade to an ocean view room—with a distant sea view 🤣... The front desk gave champagne at check-in (of course, it's part of the resort fee, not a freebie 🐑). Late checkout for members was also denied—even though the website doesn't label this as a "resort." #MarriottLife was somewhat successful, but there were hiccups with breakfast: first, the front desk didn't register the breakfast benefit, so I had to go back on the first morning. The breakfast options are pretty standard, almost like a business hotel. I've stayed at many Tribute and Autograph hotels, and others all felt like they had unique breakfast items. Platinum/Titanium members get an à la carte menu, but drinks only include orange juice, tea, and American coffee ☕️. There was clearly understaffing in the morning. Yet, the servers still expected extra tips (once, the amount was even entered wrong in the system 😑), and they wouldn't let you leave without tipping. 📋 Summary: Overall, it was an average stay ~ not bad but not amazing. If you're coming to Miami just to experience the South Beach vibe, take pretty photos 📷, and enjoy the party atmosphere 🎉, this place works. But if you want to be right by the ocean, have a quiet retreat 🧘‍♀️, or need ample room space, you might want to consider other options. What's your favorite hotel in Miami for a fun getaway?
