🚩 [Elcielo Miami Restaurant] This Latin American one-Michelin-star restaurant has been making waves online for its unique and interactive dining experience. With an 18-course menu, it definitely piques curiosity. I've been to many Michelin restaurants, but this one truly stands out for its strong interactive elements. 🌟 However, when it comes down to the essence of a Michelin **restaurant**, it feels like the presentation outweighs the taste. The flavors didn't quite meet my expectations.🙂‍↔️ If you're looking for a romantic atmosphere, it's worth a try.🐛 💥 **Must-Try Dishes:** Experience $289/person 🧄 **TRUFFLE BUÑUELO** This was hands down the best dish out of the 1️⃣8️⃣ courses. The moment it hits your mouth, the crispy shell bursts open💥, releasing warm cream that fills your mouth with the aroma of black garlic and truffle. It's an absolute delight!🥳 🍫 **CHOCOTHERAPY** This part was a bit of a gimmick, but it was fun. We enjoyed the experience. It's a hand massage with a mixture of chocolate and coffee syrup, followed by licking it off. It's quite unique, so I'll let you discover it for yourself. 😉 No spoilers here! 🐑 **LAMB, ARTICHOKE, SAWTOOTH CILANTRO** There were two main courses: lobster🦞 and lamb. Both were decent. South Americans really know how to cook lamb – it was tender, juicy, and not gamey. The only downside was that it was too salty. Every dish was salty‼️ 💣 **Missed the Mark:** 🦀 **STONE CRAB EMPANADA** I was excited about the stone crab🦀, but the execution was off. It's a hollow shell shaped like a little crab. You break it in half and fill it with crab meat paste and a sweet-sour sauce. The shell gets soggy in seconds, which ruins the experience.🙂‍↔️ 🌳 **TREE OF LIFE** I took one bite and lost hope. The texture was like a mix of slime and gummy bears. It was just not appealing.🫠 All the desserts were disappointing. The highly anticipated LICK ME and "COMEDIAN" were underwhelming.
