Michelin ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Saito North York New Restaurant LSL Coming Soon...

LSL (LEROY๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ. SAITO๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ. LE SQUER๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ.) ๐Ÿ“ 2066 Avenue, North York Last week, I attended a pre-opening private dinner at LSL, the new restaurant by Saito in North York. ๐Ÿœ The 8-course Omakase-style French meal was crafted by French chef Didier Leroy and his team. You might already be familiar with their other Michelin two-star sushi restaurant, Sushi Masaki Saito, and MSSM Yorkville. ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŽ‰One thing worth praising is the wine pairing for each dishโ€”it was exceptionally well done! I personally loved the main course, spaghetti jewelry box, which hid black truffles and simmered ham. The final touch of fresh black truffles added a rich layer of flavors. ๐Ÿœ To maintain their Michelin standards, the owner mentioned that they will continuously update the dishes and service details to ensure an even better experience before officially opening to the public. They aim to offer a unique tasting menu that you won't find anywhere else! I'm already excited for the grand opening! ๐ŸŽ‰ โš ๏ธ Since it's still a soft opening, the website isn't accepting reservations yet.๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ The restaurant only has 9 seats, and I heard there's already a long waitlist. Once it opens, it'll be tough to get a reservation. If you love Omakase, get ready! You won't be disappointedโ€”I highly recommend it! ๐Ÿ” ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ#TorontoEats #TorontoMichelinRestaurants #TorontoFrenchCuisine
