I was half an hour late and missed two appetizers, luckily the chef allowed me to enter anyway 😓 👨🏻🍳 The chef is super handsome! With an open kitchen, watching the chef 👨🏻🍳 cook is a joy in itself 😍 🥘 Inspired by classic Icelandic dishes, the menu daringly reimagines old Icelandic recipes with fresh local ingredients and modern cooking techniques. Signature dishes include innovative lamb and seafood creations, and even unique flavors from fermentation and pickling. This tribute to tradition combined with modern ingenuity makes every bite a taste of Iceland’s cultural story. 🍽️ 🚶🏻♀️ The dining experience lasts about 2 hours. After dinner, take a stroll back to the hotel, pass by the Danish Embassy, and sit on the quiet lawn to watch the aurora, observing the hurried pedestrians on the road. 🌌 💰 At around 1500+ per person, compared to the average Icelandic restaurant at 800+ per person, it’s worth every króna. #EmbracingWinterWithFood #AtmosphericRestaurant #GlobalFoodieSquad #TreasureRestaurantShare #Iceland #MichelinRestaurantAdventure
