Today's exploration took me to a Michelin-recommended restaurant ๐ด where I enjoyed creative fusion dishes that were both tasty and visually appealing. I have to say, they were incredibly delicious! Be sure to check it out ๐! ๐ฎ Recommended Dishes Whipped Feta on Sourdough Toast with Blood Orange, Mint & Walnut. Thick layers of whipped feta cheese on sourdough toast ๐, drizzled with honey ๐ฏ, topped with blood orange ๐, and garnished with mint ๐. It's a very unconventional combination, but the dish was surprisingly refreshing and distinctive! Both of us thought it was very tasty. Local review: very refreshing. ๐ธ Nettle Shrub A shrub is a type of fruit syrup wine, similar to a cocktail, characterized by a vinegar base. It's a refreshing taste. Initially seemed odd, thought it might not be good, but after tasting, it was delightful and interesting. ๐ฅ Spiced French Toast with Rhubarb, Yoghurt & Almonds. The dish looks more like small pancakes, not as innovative ๐. ๐น Garden Infusion Iced Tea It's not as sweet as the ones you buy in the supermarket, making it unique. โ Tips: Operating Hours They vary daily, so remember to check.
