Michelin Restaurant Adventures 🌟
📍 Szechuan Gourmet - $50/person Their Mao Xue Wang (Tripe and Blood Tofu Hot Pot) is absolutely amazing! The portion is incredibly large—two people can easily share one serving. The pig's trotters are also quite tender. The sour and spicy noodles with shredded potatoes are very flavorful. 🌟 I felt quite guilty for ordering too much and ended up working out for an extra hour. 🍜 Yakiniku Futago - $250/person The meat is tender and full of flavor. Every bite is an absolute delight—truly all good, all good! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves yakiniku and wagyu. 🌺 It's an unforgettable dining experience! However, I suggest not just ordering their A5 wagyu, as it can be a bit too rich. Try a mix of traditional cuts and A5 cuts—it's a great combination! 🌟Additionally, their shaved ice is fantastic! It has an excellent texture, sweet but not cloying, and pairs perfectly with the wagyu. 🍖 Golden Wuish - $80/person Their Peking duck is really good. The appetizers are a bit light, but they are flavorful (especially the Shanghai buns). The duck is also delicious. 🍃 A whole duck costs $88 and comes with four different preparations: traditional Peking duck slices, camphor tea-smoked duck, salted crispy duck bones, and old duck soup. All of them are delicious! Eating this made me miss Beijing so much. 🍗 #MichelinRestaurantAdventures 🌇🌟
