🌟 Michelin Star Dining at OLO 🍽️

Booked a 6 pm reservation and arrived right on time, they reserved us a window-side seat, which I believe is the best view spot for two in the entire restaurant. 📜 The menu is divided into Menu Olo 2023 and Menu Olo Spring 2023; as the names suggest, the former is the annual menu, and the latter is the spring menu; you have to choose from these two. ⏰ The annual menu requires at least 3 hours of dining time and must be reserved for the 6 pm slot; the spring menu is about 2 hours long (though it was slightly longer in reality), and there are also wine pairing and non-alcoholic packages available, of course, you can also bring your own bottle. 👨‍🍳 Throughout the meal, there was one waiter dedicated to us, and a sommelier provided specialized service (with a WSET green badge, we had a great chat), and the head chefs of each dish also served and shared insights, showing attention to service details. 🤔 I chose the spring menu with an additional Icelandic king crab, totaling 6 courses + 2 desserts, each with its own highlights! The appetizer was three exquisite small pastries, the purple one being a very rich lamb cheese mousse; 🦀 the Icelandic king crab was incredibly fresh and sweet; the wine pairing was just right, a total of 6 glasses, each perfectly matched, the whole experience was fantastic!
