My 138th Michelin star experience! ✨ While some friends weren't huge fans of Masayoshi, I had to try it to complete my Vancouver Michelin checklist - and I'm so glad I did! The meal was fantastic overall. Started with a glass of BC local sparkling wine πŸ₯‚ to set the mood. The amuse-bouche featuring Hokkaido scallop wrapped in pumpkin leaf was so creative! πŸƒ The kinmedai (golden eye snapper) sushi was exquisite, and the bluefin tuna otoro - oh my!
