A ramen experience you have to have in your lifetime! Personal rating: [10/10] š š The queue was really, really long ā a total of 2 hours! š For our group of four, we ordered: š2x Special Beef Liver Mushroom Soy Ramen šāš« (Michelin-recommended) 2x Special Yuzu Ramen š 1x Truffle Egg Rice (very truffle-heavy) š1x Minced Meat with Scallion Salt (nothing too special) I personally loved the Yuzu Ramen because it's light yet delicious, with a truly fragrant yuzu flavor! š Queue tip: Aim to arrive around 10 a.m. (they open at 11 a.m.).
