Michelin Three Stars | ENOTECA PINCHIORRI 🌟🌟🌟
Florence's only restaurant with the prestigious Michelin three-star rating, yet the reviews for this establishment have always been mixed. About a decade ago, I had the opportunity to visit once, and my experience at that time was not particularly impressive. Despite this, the restaurant has maintained its three-star honor over the past ten years, which made me want to give it another try, hoping to rediscover its culinary delights. The restaurant's decor continues in the same style as before, with the only change being brighter lighting. Compared to the past, the current lighting allows for better food photography, showcasing the dishes more effectively. We chose the "Menu Espresionne," a mixed seafood and meat set menu... The style of the dishes remains traditional Italian cuisine, without much innovative flair. The overall taste is quite standard, not offering too many surprises. I changed the main course from duck to roast suckling pig, which was the only dish that left a deep impression on me. It had an indescribable flavor. The crispy skin and lean meat were delicious, but the fat between them was slightly off-putting. Because it was a bit unpalatable and memorable, this doesn't seem to be a good thing, does it? 😔 In terms of desserts, I was quite pleased with both the Preddessert and Dessert. Their flavors satisfied me and became a delightful part of the entire meal. Having dined at many Michelin restaurants, I believe that the taste and service of this three-star restaurant do not match up to some one-star and two-star establishments. #MichelinRestaurantExploration #MyFoodDiary #MichelinRestaurant #MichelinThreeStars #ENOTECAPINCHIORRI #FlorenceMichelinRestaurant #WeekendExploration #FoodExploration #AtmosphereRestaurant #Florence
