This is truly one of my favorite Sichuan restaurants in Midtown. I've been back several times, and each time I'm super satisfied. The wok energy is strong, the dishes are stable, the flavors are authentic, and the food comes out quickly. It's a paradise for Sichuan food lovers! π₯ π₯ Garlic Mashed Pork with Cucumber Thin slices of pork wrapped around crisp cucumbers, dipped in a well-seasoned garlic sauce. The sauce is rich in flavor but not too salty. It's a refreshing and super rice-friendly appetizer. π π¦ Hotpot Roast Duck I fell in love with this dish! The roast duck is cooked in a spicy soup. It's my first time trying it. The skin is crispy with a hint of charcoal flavor, spicy and aromatic. It goes perfectly with rice π and is simply irresistible. π Steamed Fish with Double Peppers The fish is tender and free of any fishy taste. It's topped with plenty of chopped chili peppers and scallions. The sauce is spicy and aromatic. I always finish it with rice! π½οΈ #PeppercornStation
