Midtown Sushi Lovers' Paradise! ๐Ÿฃ

No exaggeration, this place in Columbus Circle and Midtown West offers an omakase experience that can rival the quality found downtown, all at a great value! ๐ŸŒŸ The servers and sushi chefs are very friendly and talkative, but not overly chatty. On the day we visited, there were two large groups, and although my friend and I were seated on the side, we were not neglected at all. ๐Ÿฃ 16 courses in total. The most memorable appetizers and a few pieces: ๐Ÿ  Tilefish The fried tilefish was incredibly tender and juicy. ๐Ÿš Scallop The giant scallop had a lightly caramelized sweetness, paired with nori for a perfect balance of crisp and soft textures. ๐Ÿฆ Botan Ebi The sweet shrimp with a touch of wasabi is always my favorite. ๐ŸŸ Sea Eel The sea eel was lightly glazed with eel sauce, allowing the natural sweetness of the fish to shine through. ๐ŸŸ ๐Ÿ™ Large Squid This was an add-on, and the texture was incredibly bouncyโ€”definitely the best Iโ€™ve had at an affordable place. The quality of the fish truly lives up to the price. Itโ€™s a great value for an omakase experience in Midtown West. Highly recommended, and Iโ€™ll definitely be back! ๐Ÿ“ Sushi YOLO 348 W 57th St, New York, NY 10019 #NewYork #NYCFood #NYCFoodGuide
