Milwaukee Food | A Must-Try Lobster Roll You Can’t Miss! 🦞
Tucked inside the Milwaukee Public Market is an amazing seafood spot 🦐 The whole market is bustling and lively, full of energy and charm—definitely a place with tons of worthy food stops! 🍴 Name: St. Paul Fish Company 📍 Address: Milwaukee Public Market, 400 N Water St, Milwaukee, WI 53202 Located right at the entrance, you can choose to dine in or take out. Dine-in lines can be long, but even if you get takeout, don’t worry—there’s plenty of seating upstairs! Enjoy your food while watching the lively crowd below. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Lobster Roll (St Paul Lobster Roll): Absolutely incredible! 🦞 A must-try! The roll is packed with fresh, generous chunks of lobster, tossed in a slightly tangy mayo-based sauce, and served in a soft, buttery bun. It’s rich yet refreshing—you won’t get tired of it even after eating a whole one. Lobster lovers, you can’t miss this! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Fried Oyster Po’ Boy: The oysters stay juicy inside the crispy, non-greasy batter. So good! It comes with dipping sauce, but I prefer it plain. 💡 Tip: You can also order fried oysters alone—this sandwich has a lot of bread. Order based on your appetite! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Bouillabaisse: A deeply flavorful fish stew loaded with seafood—fish, octopus, squid, mussels, clams, and shrimp. 😋 ⚠️ Note: The seafood itself is mild, so be sure to eat it with the broth! 🌟🌟🌟 Cod Fry: The fish is tender and the coating is crispy, but it’s not mind-blowing. Okay to try, but no need to prioritize. 🌟 Shark Bites (Grilled Swordfish Skewers): Not recommended 💥 The fish was dry and overcooked, with a slightly burnt bitterness. The yogurt-based dipping sauce didn’t help. Sides 🥙: Each main comes with sides—mostly coleslaw and fries. The Po’ Boy comes with potato chips and pickles. Drinks 🍹: Besides lobster cocktail, the shop doesn’t offer many beverages, but the market has fresh juices, smoothies, cocktails, and more. There’s also a coffee shop at the other end—light roast, decent but not amazing. Feel free to explore!
