Mississauga's Xinjiang Cuisine Gem - I've Been Dreaming

Discovered this authentic Xinjiang restaurant near Port Credit, and wow—why didn't I try this sooner?! It was only my second time having Xinjiang food, but this place blew me away. Went with coworkers after work, and we ordered a feast! 📍 TAAM CUISINE (Halal) 1107 Lorne Park Rd #17, Mississauga (Located in a plaza with plenty of parking!) 🍽️ MUST-TRY DISHES 🐑 Lamb Leg Hand-Pulled Rice (Top 2 Pick!) The lamb is unbelievably tender, and the rice has this sweet-savory flavor that’s been haunting my dreams. 😋 🍜 Xinjiang Stir-Fried Noodles (TOP 1!) FIRST TIME TRYING THIS—OMG. The chewy noodles + soul-warming sauce (with celery for extra crunch) = addictive. I’m getting my own plate next time! 🐑 Lamb Skewers Huge, juicy, and perfectly spiced—classic street food vibe. 🍜 Ding Ding Fried Noodles Such a cute name! Unexpectedly delicious—didn’t look like much but had me going back for more. 🐑 Spicy Stir-Fried Lamb Tripe Full of flavor—spicy, bold, and perfect with rice. 🐔 Big Plate Chicken Not my personal favorite, but my coworkers raved about it. 🥒 Cucumber Salad Crisp and refreshing—great for balancing the rich flavors. 🥛 Yogurt Thick, creamy, and served in cute little bowls. 🥤 Salty Milk Tea SO unique! No sugar, just a savory, aromatic tea flavor. I loved it (though my coworkers weren’t fans). 💯 Final Thoughts Portions are huge—great for sharing! Perfect for group dinners (we tried so many dishes). Xinjiang flavors are a MUST-try—so different from typical Chinese food. #MississaugaEats #XinjiangFood #TorontoFoodie #HalalDining
