Discovered this authentic Xinjiang restaurant near Port Credit, and wow—why didn't I try this sooner?! It was only my second time having Xinjiang food, but this place blew me away. The lamb is unbelievably tender, and the rice has this sweet-savory flavor that’s been haunting my dreams. 😋 🍜 Xinjiang Stir-Fried Noodles (TOP 1!) FIRST TIME TRYING THIS—OMG. The chewy noodles + soul-warming sauce (with celery for extra crunch) = addictive. I’m getting my own plate next time! 🐑 Lamb Skewers Huge, juicy, and perfectly spiced—classic street food vibe. 🍜 Ding Ding Fried Noodles Such a cute name!
