Mont-Tremblant|Come Try This Michelin-Recommended French Restaurant 🇫

As someone who loves exploring around the Bay Area on weekends… I want to talk about a Michelin-recommended French restaurant I’ve dined at twice! It’s perfect for friends planning to visit Monterey to see the little sea otters or hang out—just remember to book in advance. Though honestly, I found the reservations pretty easy to get. 😊 After eating a lot of French cuisine, my go-to orders are usually the same three things: snails, mussels, and duck. But every time, the texture and flavor feel totally different—each French restaurant has its own unique twist. ✨ French Baked Snails 🐌 They make a great appetizer! My favorite part is always mopping up the sauce with bread—so aromatic and delicious. 🥖 ✨ Mussels Baked in White Wine Fresh, briny, and infused with that lovely wine flavor—so satisfying! 🍷 ✨ Peach Salad This was such a fun surprise! Grilled peaches paired with arugula and Iberian ham, creating a light, refreshing taste. The only tiny complaint? I wish they’d chopped it into smaller pieces and mixed it for me… I’m just too lazy to do it myself, haha! 😆 ✨ Both the steak and duck are must-order mains. The duck is braised until fall-off-the-bone tender, and the beef is cooked to perfection—so tasty! 🦆🥩 ✨ For dessert, we tried the chocolate gelato. I’d never ordered it before, but it was amazing! Not too sweet at all. 🤤 I always think French desserts are usually super sugary, but this was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—no ness whatsoever. 🏠: Bistro Moulin #FrenchCuisine #Cooking #Travel #MichelinRecommended #BayAreaFood #BayAreaWeekend #WeekendEats #RomanceThroughFood #AmbienceDining #HiddenGemRestaurant
