Our recent visit with friends turned into a nightmare due to the horrific behaviour of the restaurant staff. Despite our group being mostly vegetarians, the staff showed no regard for our dietary preferences and treated us with utter disrespect. When we politely asked them to prepare our sandwiches separately to avoid any meat touching the veggies, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to change their gloves between orders. The attitude didn't improve when my husband and I tried to place our order together – the staff indirectly made a mocking comment directed at my husband, which we tried to brush off. But the disrespect continued throughout our visit.
When we ordered a mozzarella Bella sandwich and requested a veggie patty, the staff's reaction was downright hostile, as if our simple request was an inconvenience to them. Even though pesto was listed as an ingredient on the menu, they didn't include it in our sandwich until we pointed it out, and then they did so frustratingly, as if we were being unreasonable. The staff appeared so frustrating that he eventually wrapped my sandwich as it appeared in the picture. And when my husband asked for a veggie delight with a veggie patty, the staff initially refused and then reluctantly added one patty, making it clear that we wouldn't be getting any more.
The whole experience was incredibly disappointing and left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. The staff is very mean, rude, and extremely racist. We won't be returning to that restaurant anytime soon, and we'll be sure to share our negative experiences with others. We did check reviews first but we thought they might be some different situations but I think there is one old guy who don’t like to work and leave his frustration to customers. Restaurant staff is so rude I don’t know after that many complains how come restaurant owner is not taking any steps.
