Montana Sky: A Romantic Rooftop Dining Experience

We had an amazing evening at the Montana Sky restaurant in the DoubleTree by Hilton! ✅Although the Billings downtown skyline isn't the most spectacular, sitting at the rooftop bar watching the city lights come on was still absolutely romantic. ✅The servers were very professional, and the recommended red wine and steak were a match made in heaven. 📷If you're looking for a great meal, a wonderful view, and a quiet atmosphere, this is the place to go. 📷The steak was cooked to perfection—so precise it was almost moving, and when cut open, the juices flowed out like a small waterfall. 💥The fried shrimp were crispy on the outside and tender inside, the chicken fried rice was full of wok aroma, and even the side bread was toasted to a delicious crisp. 💥The biggest surprise was returning for breakfast—the eggs Benedict had a perfectly runny yolk! The variety of food was impressive. Quick service and delicious desserts.
