P1-Conte Hotel & Restaurant 🌟 This hotel and restaurant received unanimous praise from my good friends, especially the octopus legs 🍽️ which we ordered twice. The cuttlefish rice is also delicious, and for fried foods, I recommend the chicken strips 🍗 with fries. It's especially beautiful by the sea in Perast when the sun sets 🌅. P2-Moritz 🍦 The most famous gelato shop in Montenegro, with branches in both Kotor and Perast. We ate there twice, recommending pineapple 🍍 and salted caramel flavors. P3-5-NOA Portonovi 🏖️ Very close to O&O, just a five-minute walk. I highly recommend the beef udon noodles 🍜, shrimp stir-fried noodles, and shrimp fried rice 🍚. BTW, the pineapple juice in Montenegro is really good 🥤. P6-9-Square Portonovi 🌆 Right next to the previous NOA, both are very close to the hotel. The beef cheek with mashed potatoes and shrimp pasta is very delicious, even using their bread 🧀 to wipe up the sauce from the pasta.
