Montmorency Falls, Canada's "Huangguoshu Waterfall"
It’s been two and a half years since I last took a plane for a long trip. 💕💕 Otherwise, my account shouldn’t be called “Travel and Shoot Canada” but rather “Travel and Shoot Vancouver”…👣👣 📷 In fact, before the pandemic, I traveled to half of Canada and the United States, but I don’t want to post too many old photos 👀👀 📷 This set of photos was taken this afternoon (June 17th) at Montmorency Falls, located northeast of Quebec City in Quebec Province🍙🍙 Its Chinese name is (Montmorency Falls) or (Crystal Falls).👐👐 📷 I’ve seen many articles comparing Montmorency Falls with Niagara Falls, the signature attraction in neighboring Ontario Province.🦋🦋 Actually, they are not comparable. Although Montmorency Falls is taller, its width and overall grandeur are far inferior to Niagara Falls.🌻🌻 📷 Later, I read an article that put it this way: Montmorency Falls is actually most suitable to be compared with China’s most famous 🌷🌷Huangguoshu Waterfall. Because their vertical drop is almost the same, the water volume is similar, and both are surrounded by vegetation, so Montmorency Falls can be called Canada’s “Huangguoshu”. However, Montmorency Falls is narrower than Huangguoshu and still inferior overall.🍏🍏 📷 But this doesn’t prevent Montmorency Falls from being a famous attraction in Quebec, especially since it’s only a 10-minute drive from another Canadian landmark: Old Quebec City. 🍣🍣 Half a day is enough to visit it. 📷 Since this trip was mainly to explore Quebec City, to match the ancient charm of the old city, I brought a Leica M camera and a 28mm lens produced in 1980…💕💕 😊😊 It’s great for shooting the old city, but not so good for landscapes. In short, if you have enough time, you can come to Montmorency Falls when visiting Quebec City to experience it~🎠 📷 In the next few notes, I will introduce Quebec City in detail, probably with 1 overview and 3 to 4 detailed introductions.🍁🍁 Those interested in Quebec can stay tuned~🌈🌈 📷 Montmorency Falls 2490 Ave Royale, Quebec City🏙️🏙️ #Waterfall#WheretoGoonWeekends#CanadianLife#Quebec
