Montreal Cuisine | First Time Trying Restaurant-style Pork 🍖
It's best to make a reservation; it's quite busy during regular meal times, and there might be a queue if you don't book in advance. Recommendations: ✔️ Bò Lúc Lắc: Sizzling tender beef cubes on a hot plate accompanied by a fresh salad. It was my first time trying pure pork at a restaurant, and I didn't expect it to be this delicious. It has become the best of the meal. Although it's a bit pricey, it really stands out compared to other dishes. The pork has no gamey taste, the seasoning is light but absolutely flavorful. There are some crispy bits sprinkled on the pork, which adds a lot to the texture. Highly recommended! ✔️ Tom Yum Bowl: A large bowl of Thai Tom Yum soup with your choice of chicken or shrimps (+$5) and vegetables, served with vermicelli. The Tom Yum soup is very mild, but it still has the flavors you'd expect. The vermicelli seems undercooked and broken, giving an overall average impression. It's good for sipping as a soup to cut through the richness. ❌ Beef products are strongly advised against, they are large, tough, and chewy to the point of causing discomfort. The portion also doesn't seem very generous. #FoodDiary #MyFoodJournal #Montreal #MontrealLife #MontrealEats #MontrealFoodExploration #Canada #CanadianLife #WeekendGetaways #WeekendExploration ### Restaurant Name: Bistro CÔÚT - Montréal Address: 3807 Rue Saint-André, Montréal, QC H2L 3V9 Type: Restaurant ###
