Montreal's Highest Rated Brunch

👂 Haven't heard of Régine Café? It's like you haven't really been to Montreal 🤣 Not only is the portion generous but also super delicious! The pancake stuffed with braised beef is so fragrant😍. 🍴 I ordered two signature dishes, both worth trying: 🥐 CHIC CROISSANT 🥓 A generous amount of ham + tender scrambled eggs + aged cheddar cheese + crispy croissant + spinach sauce, very rich. 🥩 OEUF ET BOEUF 🥞 Benedict eggs + braised beef cheek meat that is super tender + English muffins + fried onion rings + mashed potatoes, and my teammate said this braised meat has a Chinese flavor, a must-order, really amazing. 🍳 OEUF ECOSSAIS Scottish eggs are an extra addition! The combination of meat and crispy shell is really great! But it seems to have gone up in price 💰9$. ☕️ TASSE MOKACCINO 🍫 A mocha with toasted marshmallows! The combination of coffee and hot chocolate is yyds, slightly sweet. 🥃 Two small cups of juice were served before the meal, which looked strange in green, but turned out to be a super delicious mixed juice! I ordered a large cup specifically to drink. 📣 The restaurant is really hard to book! It is recommended to book three days in advance ✅ and no reservations are accepted on weekends ❌. I made a reservation at 9am, and it was relatively empty when the store just opened. It seems that walk-ins can get a spot before 9:30 am, and then it gets crowded. Several tables of grandparents also came early in the morning to eat, and the atmosphere was very lively 🍻.
