Montreal's Must-Visit Brunch Spot | Janine Café
Janine and Régine Café are actually the same restaurant, so if you can't get a reservation at Régine, consider Janine Café, which is easier to book. These two restaurants are very famous in Montreal and are truly worth visiting. Most people say that if you haven't tried Le Passé Composé, it's like not having visited Montreal at all, but I personally think that if you haven't tried their dishes, it's a real missed opportunity. We basically ordered all the signature dishes. ✨Champi Oeuf Scotch is a must-try dish. Although the underground bread isn't great, this scotch egg is amazing (the egg is fried in ham) and especially crispy, paired with various mushrooms, it's really amazing~ ✨Chic Croissant - Who wouldn't want to try a croissant when in Montreal? It's delicious 😋. The method of making it is special and worth a try. ✨Gaufre Poulet, which is Chicken Waffle, is also very good. ✨Gâteau à la carotte - You must order this. This carrot cake is truly the best I've ever had, not greasy at all, and the more you eat, the better it gets 💯. ☕️ Bol Mokaccino - Their signature coffee is worth trying. My best friend loves it, and after drinking this cup, you really don't need to eat anything else haha😝. 📍Janine Café 3900 Rue Wellington Verdun QC 📍Régine Café 1840 Rue Beaubien E Montreal QC #Brunch #MontrealFood #MontrealBrunch #MontrealLife #WhatToEatForBreakfast #DeliciousBreakfast #CanadianLife #RestaurantExploration #WeekendOutings #MontrealEatDrinkPlay #MontrealGoodRestaurants #COTDCoffeeExploration
