Morocco | The Ancient City of Marrakech ποΈπ°π
On the day of my birthday, I found myself stepping into this medieval - styled ancient city. π―The towering city walls 𧱠stand tall, with the brick - red hues of the walls beautifully contrasting against the deep blue of the sky above. The old city is like a vast bazaar ποΈ, bustling with life and energy. Hidden within its labyrinthine streets are numerous Riad (traditional Moroccan houses with an inner courtyard) π πΏ, as well as many charming restaurants and rooftop cafes β. Since this was a spontaneous trip and I hadn't made any detailed plans, I randomly booked a Riad. After dropping off my luggage π§³πΆββοΈ, I meandered through the old city, taking my time to explore every nook and cranny. By a stroke of luck, I stumbled upon a rooftop restaurant that offered an absolutely breathtaking view of the sunset π π½οΈ. The sky transformed into a canvas of vibrant oranges, pinks, and purples as the sun dipped below the horizon, creating a truly magical atmosphere. π―πΉI also discovered a restaurant where I could enjoy a traditional Moroccan breakfast . And the best part? It was incredibly affordable, leaving me with a big smile on my face βΊοΈπΈ. #Homestays Amidst Scenic Views #Homestay #Restaurant Recommendations
