Moscow's Beautiful Meal Series | Michelin One-Star for Under 300

🔹 A Michelin one-star restaurant from the past two years, known for its rich selection of caviar and thoughtfully plated dishes. The average cost is under 300, making it incredibly good value for money.👍🏻 🔸 It’s very popular, so reservations are highly recommended. Even hotel guests have no priority.😂 We tried walking in and joining the waiting list twice but couldn’t get a table. We finally managed to dine by booking a 10 p.m. slot on our third try.😴 🔹 Located on the second floor of the National Hotel in Moscow, right across from Red Square, the window seats offer amazing views all day and night. The table spacing ensures privacy, and the service is excellent, with friendly staff who speak good English. 🍽️ **Recommended Dishes:** 🥄 **Caviar:** Thoughtfully served with tasting portions of each variety, allowing you to sample more flavors. We chose the classic option, paired with a small glass of vodka. You can also opt for additional accompaniments like toast, blinis, and sour cream. 🦆 **Orange Juice Duck Breast:** A traditional French dish with a light sauce and beautifully presented. 🥩 **Pan-Seared Beef Fillet:** Cooked to medium-rare perfection, with zucchini slices that add a refreshing balance to the flavors. 🍰 **Honey Cake with Ice Cream:** Served with a dramatic liquid nitrogen ritual under a large dome. The cake and ice cream are not overly sweet and are highly recommended, even though I didn’t quite catch the waiter’s explanation.😅 📍 **Beluga** 🕰️ **Operating Hours:** 12:00-0:00 💰 **Average Cost:** 3000-4000₽ #GlobalFoodieContest #EuropeanCharmBay #RussiaTravel #MoscowTravel #MoscowFood #MoscowRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendation #MichelinRestaurant #MichelinOneStar #Beluga #RedSquare
