🍴 Most Impressive Meal Recently 🥰
📍 Santi 🟩Opened by Michelin chef Michael White last year in Midtown East, this Italian restaurant combines elements of Italian and French cuisine. The overall dining experience is excellent, with attentive service, beautiful ambiance, and delicious menu options. The cocktail I ordered was nothing short of stunning! 🟩Before the meal, we were served snacks and had three types of bread to choose from. I tried the focaccia in the middle, which was incredibly fragrant. 🟩CANNOLICCHI Clams PICCIONE Pigeon POLIPO Octopus All three appetizers were amazing! The clams were refreshing, paired with mussels and a touch of orange that really stood out; the pigeon was tender and flavorful; the octopus, with pine nuts and eggplant, had a rich texture. 🟩BUSIATE Truffle Pasta ORECCHIETTE Blue Crab Pasta VITELLO Veal Ribeye For the main courses, I ordered two types of pasta and veal ribeye. The truffle pasta was rich and aromatic; the blue crab pasta had a wonderful seasoning, being both fresh and intense; the veal was incredibly tender, even for someone who usually doesn't enjoy steak. 🟩MILLEFOGLIE Napoleon DELIZIE AL LIMONE Lemon Cake GELATO Pistachio, Caramel, and Fernet-Branca flavors All three desserts were beautifully presented, though not as mind-blowing as the main courses. The Napoleon had flaky and crumbly pastry with delicious cream in the middle, though I wasn't a fan of the apple sauce layer; the lemon cake was beautifully shaped and very refreshing; the pistachio and caramel gelato were delicious, while I didn't particularly enjoy the Fernet-Branca flavor. 🌟 Queen Bee Sour A round of applause for this cocktail! The honey really makes it special, and the first sip is absolutely stunning. #NYCFoodie #HiddenGemRestaurant #NYCMichelin #NYCItalianCuisine #NYCDateRestaurant
