Must-Eat Parisian Delights! Top Value-for-Money French Feasts 🍷

1️⃣ Lou Cantou 💰 Best bang-for-your-buck French meal in Paris! 📍35 Cite d'Antin, 75009 Paris 🍴 What we ordered (for 2): Starters: Grilled squid, roasted eggplant, escargots Mains: Beef tartare (warning: raw meat!), pork sausage Desserts: Apple pie, cheesecake (save room – French desserts are divine!) 💶 Total: €88 with wine | €20-30pp without drinks ✨ Highlights: 5-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette. Staff greeted us in Chinese and helped take group photos! Book: Reserve window seats via Google Maps. We walked in at 6pm and got seated instantly. 2️⃣ Café de Flore 🌟 Paris’ most iconic café – inspiration for Jay Chou’s "Left Bank Coffee" lyrics! 📍172 Bd Saint-Germain, 75006 Paris 🍴 Must-try: Mille-feuille (Napoleon pastry), Irish coffee ⚠️ Tips: Skip mains due to mixed reviews; we just had snacks. Queues start early – arrived at 10am and already saw lines. Service can be slow, but the historic vibes (Hemingway, Picasso, Zhou Enlai dined here!) are worth it. 3️⃣ Café de l'Empire 🦆 Home of Paris’ best duck confit! 📍17 Rue du Bac, 75007 Paris 🍴 Must-try: Duck confit leg, foie gras chicken leg (forgot the name, but it’s Asian-friendly!) ✨ Perfect pit-stop: Ate here before visiting Musée d’Orsay. Arrived at noon – no queue, but packed by 12:30! 💡 Pro tip: Book ahead or arrive early. 🇫🇷 Quirky Paris Dining Culture: Chairs face outward – dine while people-watching Parisian hotties 👀 Tiny tables (even for petite folks like me!), but that’s the charm of Paris! Only sharing the BEST spots from my trip – stay tuned for more updates! #ParisEats #ParisFoodGuide #ParisTravel #BudgetFriendlyParis #FrenchCuisine
