Visited Peter Chang in King of Prussia today and tried a few dishes — each with its own highlights! 🐟 Sizzling Sichuan Sea Bass Fragrant the moment it arrived at the table — spicy and satisfying! The fish is freshly prepared, incredibly tender and flavorful. Truly authentic! 🌶️😋 🍖 Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs (Small Bowl Series) Clearly pre-made — the meat is a bit loose and melts too easily in the mouth. Texture was just okay. 🥒 Dry-Fried String Beans My favorite! Crispy outside, tender inside, packed with aroma — couldn’t stop eating these! 🥢💚 🐸 Dry Pot Bullfrog The frog meat is cut quite small but fried until fragrant and crispy. Highly recommend the veggies cooked with it — even more delightful than the bullfrog itself! Second visit here and it was a great experience!
