Over Independence Day weekend, I visited Dong Ting Chun Restaurant — and oh my, their Spicy & Sour Noodles were absolutely incredible! I even added pork intestine for extra richness 🍜🔥 It’s one of those dishes you crave again and again. We also ordered: 🌶️ Lotus Root Tips with Chicken Gizzard – crunchy, savory, and perfectly seasoned 🍲 Braised Trio Beef Pot – tender, aromatic, and packed with flavor Honestly, I wasn’t even that hungry in the summer heat, but once the food arrived, I couldn’t stop eating!
