Must-Try Native American Cuisine in New Mexico ๐ฎ๐ตโจ
My first time trying Native American food, and I was instantly hooked on fry bread! ๐ New Mexico is rich in Indigenous culture, and right inside the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque, thereโs a super popular Native American restaurant you canโt miss! ๐ Museum: Indian Pueblo Cultural Center ๐ Restaurant: Indian Pueblo Kitchen The food is incredibly affordable and generous โ we ordered three dishes and loved every single one. No regrets! ๐ค ๐ค Pueblo Red Chili Beef Bone Stew A rich and aromatic beef bone stew with red chili. Not spicy, but deeply flavorful and soul-warming. โค๏ธ๐ฅ ๐ค Navajo Taco with Lamb This taco is built on a giant piece of fry bread โ crispy, fluffy, and so fragrant. Topped with tender shredded lamb, it tastes like pure Southwest goodness. ๐๐ฎ ๐ค Prime Rib Fry Bread Dip Soft fry bread wrapped around juicy prime rib, dipped in a light broth. Simple yet delicious, highlighting the natural flavor of the beef. ๐ฅ๐ ๐ค And donโt forget to try New Mexicoโs unique drinks: Prickly Pear Soda ๐ต๐ฅค Pine Nut Cola ๐ฐ๐ฅค The museum itself is also totally worth exploring! ๐๏ธโจ ๐ More New Mexico travel tips and food guides are on the way!
