I’ve been dreaming about Spencer’s Steakhouse—and finally made it! 🥩✨ Tucked away on the ground floor of the Hilton Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City, this spot boasts a retro-chic decor with a timeless and inviting atmosphere 🏨🍷. It operates as both a full-service restaurant and a bar, so don’t hesitate to chat freely and soak up the energetic ambience! I went with the Ribeye—packed with robust flavor, expertly grilled to a perfect medium-rare, and amazingly tender! 😋👌 Be warned though—American portions are famously generous… I’d definitely suggest sharing one steak between two people next time.
