Must-Try Seafood Rice in Southern Portugal 🦞

💕💕💕In a small town in Southern Portugal, I had the seafood rice of a lifetime. This Portuguese seafood rice, I declare, is the best meal of this trip – miles ahead of Spanish seafood rice. 💕💕The boss brought over a pot directly. When I opened it, the seafood was abundant – countless shrimps and clams, plus langoustines and mussels, and even many legs of spider crab 🦀️. The rice was moist, a bit like porridge, but the grains were harder than porridge. The whole pot was super fresh and not at all fishy, without the taste of other seasonings. A touch of soulful coriander was the perfect match. The two-person portion was under fifty euros and we were completely stuffed. 💕💕💕We also ordered shrimps, which felt a bit repetitive.
