A classic Nordic Michelin-starred restaurant May's theme celebrated Denmark's island - "Bornholm" We chose the 4-course menu Snack : KOEFOED's signature "Sol over Gudhjem" chips (Translation: "Sun over Paradise") ☀️🏝️ Tasted like... regular burnt chips 👎 Not great Starter : Cod with celery, sesame & wild garlic sauce Fishy aftertaste was too strong 🐟❌ Second Course : Royal quail with wild mushroom stuffing, roasted garlic & consommé AMAZING! Tender quail, aromatic seasoning - could eat ten! 🐦🔥 Third Course : Lamb loin with white asparagus, kohlrabi & red wine sauce PERFECT! Crispy fat, melt-in-your-mouth texture - zero greasiness! 🐑💫 Dessert : Celery ice cream with cookie dough & cold cream Meh.
