My Favorite Natural Pool in Tenerife

Traveling to Tenerife? Natural pools are a must-visit! Although there are numerous natural pools on the island, my absolute favorite is Piscinas Naturales “El Caletón” located in the town of Garachico. 🌊 “El Caletón” is a natural pool formed by volcanic rock, surrounded by rugged black rocks, with waves that are sometimes gentle and sometimes fierce. 🏞️ Moreover, the town of Garachico, where the pool is located, is a town full of history and character. The ancient stone streets, colorful buildings, and leisurely atmosphere make you feel like you’ve stepped into a painting. After a swim, taking a leisurely stroll through the town to feel its tranquility and beauty is super relaxing. If you have the chance, I highly recommend staying until sunset! The natural pool at sunset is breathtakingly beautiful. The golden sunlight shines on the pool and rocks, and the orange-red hue where the sea meets the sky looks like an oil painting. Another important reason is that there are fewer people, making it perfect for taking photos or just daydreaming. It’s the best moment for healing the soul. 🌅 📍 Transportation Tips Garachico is located in the north of Tenerife, and driving is the most convenient way. The parking lot is near the pool, very convenient! The town also has many lovely restaurants where you can taste authentic local cuisine. 💡 Little Reminder: Remember to bring non-slip shoes, as some parts of the rocks can be sharp. Also, be careful when the waves are large and try not to get too close to the edge! #EveryDayIsWorthRecording #Tenerife #Sunset #Spain #MeaningOfLife #LivePhotos #LivePhotosHaveMoreVitalityThanPhotos #TenerifeGuide #OffTheBeatenPath #NaturalPool
