My Favorite Outdoor Activity This Year—Tree Climbing 🌲

I recently tried out Treescape Aerial Adventure, a tree-climbing obstacle course park, and it was so much fun! 🤩 🍃 It’s a great way to enjoy nature without breaking a sweat or getting sunburned. It’s both relaxing and challenging—I highly recommend it! 🌟 When you start, the staff will explain how to use the ropes and harnesses and give you some practice to make sure you understand. 🗣️ The park is divided into four levels: 1️⃣ **Purple Line**: This is for kids. Adults usually don’t try it. 2️⃣ **Green Line**: The staff suggested I start with the Green Line. Since I’m a bit afraid of heights, it took me about 40 minutes to complete. 3️⃣ **Blue Line**: This is divided into High and Low Blue. The High Blue has a jump at the end and is higher and more thrilling throughout. I chose High Blue, which the staff said would take about 25 minutes, but I spent a whole hour on it. There were a couple of sections that required upper body strength, but you can rely on the clips to hold you when you’re tired. 4️⃣ **Black Line**: This is the most challenging. I was a bit tired after completing the Green and Blue lines, so I didn’t try the Black Line this time. But I definitely will next time! The whole experience was super fun! The only downside is that if it’s busy, you might have to wait for the person ahead of you to finish, as only one person can be on each line at a time. Some lines are long and difficult, so the waiting time can be longer. ⏳ ⚠️ Make sure to wear long sleeves and pants, as the steel cables can scratch your arms and legs. There are also occasional mosquitoes. 🦟 🧤 Gloves are provided for free, and there are lockers nearby where you can store your belongings and access them anytime. 🎒 💰 I chose the climbing session, which costs $59 for adults. You can try all the lines, and there’s even a zip-lining option. Although it’s limited to 3 hours, we weren’t rushed even after 4 hours. ⏰ 🚶 After signing in at the parking lot, it’s a 10-minute walk to the park entrance. 🚶‍♂️ 📍 Treescape Aerial Adventure Park #WhereToGoOnWeekends #NYCLife #NYCWeekend #NearNewJersey #NewYork #NearNewYork #NYCActivities #NYCEats #NYC #NYCDateIdeas #NorthAmerica
