My friend says, for the steak here, it's worth another visit.
I don't often venture to North London, and I used to think there's not much good food in places like Turnpike Lane. Until I tried a popular Fusion restaurant nearby. 👉 The Banc I ordered a few dishes that exceeded my expectations for this type of restaurant. I had three appetizers, each with its own characteristics: ➡️ SALT & PEPPER BABY SQUID: The salt and pepper squid is crispy on the outside and seasoned with black pepper and scallions, enhancing the freshness of the squid. The slight spiciness of the chili complements the aroma of the scallions. Served with a rich garlic aioli, it's just perfect. ➡️ DYNAMITE PRAWNS: The sauce is quite distinctive, with a sweet and spicy balance, offering a rich texture. The prawns themselves are firm in texture, and the chili and scallions add a touch of pungency. ➡️ CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS: This dish has a Pan-Asian flair, with an innovative presentation, and the accompanying chili garlic sauce is quite tasty. For the main course, I had: ➡️ OVEN BAKED SALMON: Served with pea puree, cherry jam caviar, and citrus caviar. The salmon is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, complemented by the fresh texture of the pea puree. ➡️ Sea Bass: Marinated with thyme, smoked paprika, and lime, the delicate fish is well matched with the robust seasoning. Served with celery root puree, cherry jam caviar, and citrus caviar, the rich flavors are balanced with a refreshing touch, making it quite delicious. ➡️ RIB EYE STEAK: A perfectly portioned 220g steak, cooked medium-rare, the meat is tender and juicy. Paired with the aroma of rosemary, 👍 my friend couldn't stop raving about this steak, saying they'd come back just for this dish. Their dessert, ➡️ Cheese Cake, paired with fruit, is not overly sweet at all. #London #UK #LondonLife #LondonFood #Explore #ExploreAndSwipe #FoodDiary #LondonGrill #Steak #Salmon #CaptureTheMoment #Yummy
