🍝 My Go-To Pasta Spot in Europe! 🇪🇺
Okay, I know food chains generally have a really bad rep, and Vapiano definitely doesn't have a very good rep, BUT hear me out!!! 👂 I first came across Vapiano in Paris in 2017, and I was OBSESSED with their bolognese! The pasta, the sauce, and the cheese—it was just the perfect combo for me. It was like food for my soul. I've been traveling around Europe quite a bit in 2023 while on my student exchange programme, and I am so glad that Vapiano is a chain across Europe! I've tried their food from Barcelona, Paris, and Amsterdam, and I have to say Amsterdam's was my favourite! I had bolognese at all three places, but my family and friends have tried a bunch of others (and so I got to taste them too), and there are 2 absolute must-try dishes if you ever visit: The Bolognese (of course) Firstly, the pasta! Vapiano uses fresh pasta only, and I love their fusilli!! It's perfectly cooked, and the sauce with grated cheese chef's kiss. The portion is just right, and it always hits the spot. Chicken Pesto Rosso This is my family's all-time favourite dish from Vapiano! The pesto is fragrant, and the serving of chicken given is very reasonable. I'm usually not a fan of pesto dishes, but this pesto pasta is an exception! It's somewhat not too pesto-y or cheesy; it's just the right amount of everything, and you absolutely have to try it. The costs of each dish differ across countries, and I think the one in Amsterdam was the cheapest! The portion was slightly bigger, and the price was lower too. 📍 Europe, Vapiano is the place to be if you're looking for a quick and easy meal in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. #whattoeat #wheretogonext #WorthIt #musttry #studentips
