Like many hotels I’ve stayed at in New Orleans, this one could use a little updating—but its staff truly makes it shine! ✨👏 From Yvette at the front desk, who was so warm and knowledgeable, to Thaddeus in the restaurant, who went above and beyond, everyone made my stay feel special. 🥰🤝 Just steps away from lively Bourbon Street, the hotel remains surprisingly quiet at night—perfect for resting after a day of exploring. 🌙🚶‍♀️ Though there’s no concierge lounge, as a Lifetime Platinum member, I received two $15 vouchers daily. There’s also a cozy lounge area with complimentary soft drinks, water, and snacks for Platinum guests—a lovely touch! 🥤🍫 This place feels much more personal and calm compared to larger Marriott properties.
