This isn’t a viral spot—a local friend who frequents here brought me. Walking in, you see a sign that says "Vegas Top 2," and I totally get why. Every piece of nigiri is seasoned thoughtfully based on the ingredient—no extra soy sauce needed. They’re incredibly generous with the seafood—the fish completely covers the rice underneath. Must-order: 🦑 Squid – Chewy, gelatinous, amazing texture. 🐚 Scallop – Sweet and tender. 🐟 Toro – Perfect fat-to-lean ratio, balanced beautifully with sushi vinegar. 🐠 Yellowtail – So fresh and flavorful. 💛 Uni – Ice-cream smooth, purely sweet with zero bitterness or fishiness—heaven!
