Nördlingen: Wings of Freedom, Heart Beating Wild!!!
A journey to the German town that literally feels like stepping into the walled world of Attack on Titan—same vibe, same chills. 🗺️ Route ・From Munich, took RB87 → Donauwörth, then RB89 → Nördlingen. ・Arrived at 12 PM, headed straight to a wall-bound restaurant (after some struggle—many places closed midday!). 🍜 Food Hunt ・Options: Cafés, bakeries, German/Thai/Shanghai cuisine, even Döner spots! ・Ended up at Altreuter (a café-hotel hybrid) thanks to local advice. 🩻 Sightseeing 1️⃣ Kirchturm Daniel (Daniel Tower) ・Enter through a tiny door near the restaurant. ・10-min climb → ticket booth (€4 / €3 student). ・Breathtaking view: The circular walls, red roofs, and "outside world" fields. ・Easter eggs: AoT fan graffiti + doodles on stairs/chairs. ・Tell the staff you're an AoT fan—they’ll bring out THICK fanbooks (prepare for tears 😭). 2️⃣ The WALL ・Walked most of the 3.5km loop after 2 PM—soaked in the medieval + anime fusion. 📸 Photos ・Tower views + town strolls = perfect shots. 🪶 Farewell "Goodbye, Eren. Goodbye, Survey Corps. Goodbye, Attack on Titan." #AttackOnTitan #Nordlingen #AoT #GermanyTravel #AnimePilgrimage #WingsOfFreedom
